Bulgaden
Castle opens its doors as a Gastro Pub with the launch
of an exciting new menu, new Chef and a whole new dining
experience to suit all budgets and tastes.
Owner
Conal Kelly has more than 40 years of industry experience
at Bulgaden, catering for the ever changing tastes of
the local communities. “I am an avid fan of pub
culture and hope to create the kind of place where people
can gather and enjoy great food in nice surroundings”.
Our head chef says that the "menu is influenced
by classic gastro pub fare, as well as influences from
other national and international Gastro Pub experiences”.
According to Conal “Quality of food will never
go out of fashion, mix this with choice, variety and
a bit of creativity – we will have a product that
people will want to come back for”.
